Fresh off naming Walz, Harris will be campaigning with him in Michigan and Wisconsin on Wednesday.

MORNING MUSING

There's a popular saying surrounding elections: "Every vote counts." It's one of those truisms that we sort of nod along with while quietly waving off because we know that usually, elections are won or lost by thousands of votes. That, of course, depends on the nature of the race and the number of eligible voters in a given constituency. Tuesday, Missouri held its congressional, statewide, and local primaries. There were some surprises, some disappointments, some gratifying outcomes. But one race caught my attention for the fact that the winner secured her victory by...one vote.
