How many things is he messing up if we are only hearing some of these things now, and what effect may they have on the nation?

Biggs Absolutely Levels Garland, Blows Up the Excuses Not to Turn Over Hur Audio

Biggs then honed in on the problem, saying the DOJ had already admitted to altering the transcript in terms of "filler words." Biggs said then that because of that, we don't know what was edited out and how that might have changed things.

With any luck, Team Biden will spend Wednesday ensuring that they can get just the right pharmaceutical cocktail, timed just right, so POTUS won't embarrass the country at Thursday's ceremonies.

WHAT'S ON TAP?

Today on Capitol Hill...

It might be a tad less feisty on the Hill Wednesday — fewer hearings scheduled and no Anthony Fauci or Merrick Garland. Here's a sampling of the day's agenda:

  • House Financial Services — Next Generation Infrastructure: How Tokenization of Real-World Assets Will Facilitate Efficient Markets
  • House Oversight and Accountability — Oversight of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
  • Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs — Hearings to examine streamlining the Federal cybersecurity regulatory process, focusing on the path to harmonization (isn't that a lovely title?)
  • Senate Budget — Hearings to examine how climate is already challenging insurance markets
  • Senate Judiciary — Hearings to examine strengthening United States economic leadership, focusing on the role of competition in enhancing economic resiliency

MORNING MUSING

Can dogs be Peeping Toms? My downstairs neighbors have windows at ground level and usually leave their blinds up a foot or two, such that I (and other humans walking by) cannot see into their apartment (other than just the floor), but my dog can. And she cannot resist, when I take her outside, running over to the windows and peering in — primarily because they have a cat who loves to come to the window and play hide-and-seek with her. I always wonder what that looks like from inside their apartment to suddenly have a golden retriever peering quizzically in at them. I hope they don't mind — presumably if they did, they'd lower the blinds.
