Are you a fan of James Woods?

The Casino star is clearly not a fan of George Soros.

Late Saturday night, he posted to Twitter a reference to the left-wing billionaire (and European resident), drawing connections to lots of public figures including Pope Francis and Barack Obama.

His caption:

“Imagine if one man was a puppetmaster for unthinking numbskulls who spout his narratives because their ability to reason is so woefully challenged.”

Apparently, someone wasn’t crazy ’bout it.

Hence, they filed an official complaint with the Bluebird.

Later, James received a message from the Powers That Be informing him, “We have received a complaint regarding your account, @RealJamesWoods, for the following content.”

It continued:

“We have investigated the reported content and could not identify any violations of the Twitter Rules or German law. Accordingly, we have taken no action at this time.”

German law?

I’m going on context clues here, but I’m gonna guess the Oscar nominee didn’t appreciate the episode.

He provided merely a two-word response:

James might just be a little tired of scrutiny. In April of 2019, he was locked out of his 2-million-follower account.

According to girlfriend Sarah Miller, the discipline was due to his statement, “If you try to kill the King, you better not miss. #HangThemAll.” It was posted around the time the Mueller investigation reported no sufficient evidence of collusion.

Woods was gone for 10 months, but he returned thusly:

I don’t expect Twitter to ask my opinion any time soon, but I believe social media would be a better place if free speech existed there as it should across the nation.

In my estimation, outside of something fairly objective like a no-nudity rule, restriction of content is primed to spawn political targeting.

Either way, a prominent Hollywood actor apparently wants to have his hair dried or something.
